What are the statues made of?
Every statue is solid cement. The ingredients are a combination of RapidSet cements and additives. This special mixture gives our statues a high level of detail and superior strength.
How quickly do you ship after I order?
We try to ship either the next day or a few days later if the items you order need to be painted. We keep a small inventory prepared of unpainted statues and apply the desired finish as requested, which can take a day or two. I can't speed up curing of cement and drying of paint, so give a few days in some cases.
How heavy are the statues, and isn't shipping expensive?
The tall Gnomes are four pounds, the large Moai are five pounds. On each page are the specs, which include weight.
How can I contact you for a custom order request?
All of our contact information is in the footer of every page, and the inquiry form on our Statue on Demand pages comes straight to us.
How long will the statues last outdoors?
With the three stages of paint coatings that each statue is given, we believe these should last for decades if not centuries. Each statue starts out with a base sealing coat of watered-down exterior paint or concrete stain that soaks into the cement. On top of that we apply the finish you requested. To seal it all up we apply a coating of matte polyurethane to protect the paint.
Is there a guarantee?
Yes! 100% satisfaction guarantee. We want everyone to love it or let us know why not. If there is any damage in shipping, let us know and we will send another. They do have detailed edges that can break if dropped or beaten. If it cracks or breaks because you dropped it or some kid takes a stick to it, then that's on you.
